- Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please order early around the busy times of Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
- Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are as follows. Orders over NZ$60.00 are delivered free of charge. Orders less than $60.00 are charged a standard delivery fee of NZ$9.50
- Delivery Method: Your selections will be carefully packaged and delivered to your door via NZ Courier Post or Parcel Post.
- Dispute resolution If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the condition in which your purchase arrives, please phone us on (09) 232 1602, Mbl 021 364 247 or email info@thewhiteroom.co.nz immediately.
- International Orders: We no longer deliver to overseas addresses
- No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.
- Labelling: Please ensure the delivery address is correct. You are responsible for providing the correct address and you will be charged for any redirection fee incurred. Please note that couriers must have a street address for delivery and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If your gift is to be delivered to an apartment, please ensure the recipient will be home to receive it as there is often no safe place to leave it and a redirection fee will apply if the courier has to revisit the address. - Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
- Delivery Times: I will endeavour to ship your product within one to two business days. In the event I cannot achieve this I will advise you by email of the expected delivery date. All back orders will be delivered within 7 days unless personally notified. If you would like an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Urgent deliveries will incur an extra courier charge.

- Online: Purchases can be made by adding products to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout where name and address/delivery details are completed. Freight charges are selected and the total amount is automatically calculated. Payment is made via secure credit card, direct credit or cheque. You will be sent a confirmation email and we will process your order.
- Lay-buy payments must be completed within two (2) months
- All payment transactions are in New Zealand Dollars

- We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
- If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
